The Blues are back in town at last.

Desperate for a win,with only 6 points.

We need 5 points here to leapfrog those bunny teams from Sth Africa, who are bound to lose on the weekend.

Gordon and Frank have been firing up the team this week,so its "goodnite nurse"to Barge's Wattalaughs.

Training has been really good this week and the team is nearly at full strength. Cashmore is still out,so we lack a kicker again. Hopefully Matt Burke will kick like last week!!!

The forwards look really solid, Heeps returns, thank god, we might have someone who knows what their team-mates look like when throwing the ball at lineout time.

The weather in Auckland has been great all week,so i expect a high scoring game.

Hopefully someone like Vidiri will play a blinder on the wing, score 3 tries, under the posts. Even a intercept, a la Justin Marshall, thrown in will do. Maybe even a kick off the upright, a la Andrew Mehrtens, as well.

But maybe us "Blues" lack these important skills!

Don't know who's fronting for the Wattalaughs, and at this point in time, there have been no complaints from Taxi drivers!!

As far as i know we have no " Jocks" or " Taff's " in the team either.

Last week i could not pick a winner to save my life, tomorrow night the form book says:

"Blues by 8"

The Blues snuck in 21-20 last year and are still yet to lose to the Wattalaughs, say no more Barge.

Let us know what you think!

Ah Fitzy, so all the Blues need is a bit of luck eh? Better start hoping that they planted some four-leaf clovers on Eden park mate!
Supposedly this article has been viewed times since we bothered to start counting*.
