Can the Maori's do it?

This weekend the NZ Maori's take on the Scot's in an 'international' match.

An interesting mix this game. Two warrior cultures clashing. Athletic polynesian power against the tenancious Scot's.

In the best traditions of Maori rugby expect an open running style of rugby. Expect the Scots to be dour & cunning.

Tony Brown should have plenty of room to work some magic, especially with forwards such as Kees Meeuws creating havoc. Don't know alot about the Scots so it will be interesting to see them in action. Gregor Townsend is a class act so expect some fireworks from him.

Fully expect a thrashing of the Scots in this game. Basically an AB reserve in action. To add a bit of spice, an English (who else?) rugby official was incensed that his club had to release Scottish players to play a team "not of international standards...". Toffy nosed git!!! The poor Scots will pay for that pomme arrogance!!!

GO NZ MAORI!

May I just add the South swept the pool in the recent rugby awards...

Super 12 player of the year : Andrew Merhtens
NPC 1st division player of the year : Tony Brown
Super 12 coach of the year : Wayne Smith
NPC coach of the year : Tony Gilbert

GO THE SOUTH!

DH

How come the Scots always have to pay for it when some bloody Englishman opens his big mouth?!?
