We've hit the big 50!

Who would have thought that Jules, Wobbly, Gummers etc etc? Crikey when Jules cobbled the original RH together using match sticks, no way did we envisage that so many people would find what we say so, well, interesting!

So congratulations founding members & people who contribute. Without RugbyHeads, many of us would actually have to WORK during the day!  Smiley

cheers

Cheers DH

I appreciate the effort you, Jules & Wobbly put in to keep everything ticking over smoothly. Thank you guys.

With the RWC fast approaching, and 5 tests before it starts, I expect you’ll (we’ll?) crack 100 before the year’s out.  Personally I like the smaller sized group; where it doesn’t take an hour to catch up with what everyone says and your ‘voice’ gets lost in the cacophony.  And also the variety of opinions most of which support New Zealand Rugby.

Keep it going.  Smiley

Nice one guys.

This is easily my most visited site. I have a morning ritual of caffine, email and rugbyheads.

Cheers,

You have achieved the most important step, you found us  Cheesy

Feel free to have a good nosey around, get a feel for the way things work.

Contribute whatever you want (note the sections: Rugby, Fantasy, Off topic, & Shameless self promotion).

You may want to start by saying something factual and not just abuse people because they support different teams. But if you do the latter, you will certainly met more people Shocked  they just won't think much of you  Roll Eyes

If you haven't already, have a look at the other titles in this secton, especially the "signature", "Karma points", and "including links" topics. Might save asking silly questions.

Not that we mind silly questions - they are the glue that binds this board together  Wink

One little trick - look at how the smilies look when you are writing a story, you can create some strange text when you use brackets (like this - Xavier is a good number Cool. (Code for "Cool" is "8" followed by a ")"

If you learn the smilie code, you may even save yourself some time - geek alert!  Kiss

A few times recently I've noticed that we have hit 300, only to drop back again.

I assume this is due to our recent spate of spammers?

Jules - have you been revoking their membership and casting them to the outer darkness of cyberspace to wail and gnash their teeth?

Hope so  Grin

Smiley Yes I have been trying to see if we can get some control over these annoying spam posts that have been popping up of late and as a result I ditched a few very suspicious accounts that appeared, posted one post (a spam) and then never returned again.

I think I deleted about 10 a few days ago, which explains the drop in member numbers Teach.

Man, if it's got numbers in in then it's hard to slip anything by you eh? Wink
