I go away for only a week or so and I come back and find that Team New Zealand is about to lose the America's Cup, the Black Caps are about to win the Cricket World Cup, some prep school guy named Carter sprang an ambush in Fantasy Rugby, and an Australian sports organisation hasn't covered up another drug scandal... and RugbyHeads has taken the tasteful colour of Blue!

Does everything have to change?

At least not all things change... the Blues did start the year with a bang! Now let's just wait for the inevitable decline...

But seriously, good work Black Toddader and the rest of the boys from South of the Bombays... Looks good!

You can't change the essentials though... ah! A blues' supporter in range, bring the ship about and prepare to fire Grin

But really, is that a piccy of Micheal Jones as your avitar? It makes him look a bit like a prop.

Must say that all my fond memories of Micheal Jones picture him fending somebody in front of him, hand raised to a comfortable position (for MJ) just between nose and chin height, body already positioned to step left as he fends.

Nostrils already slightly (and unconsiously) narrowed due the fact the opponent is shitting himself Roll Eyes

Ah, but then he is wearing Black in my memory! Those were the days ...

The Blue in the discussion board is yet another of the little bugs in this new board software! Smiley

(well actually it's the default colour scheme)

Now that I have sussed the problems that Barge and Pdeb were having using the board the colour scheme will be the next thing to address.

DH wants it modelled on his favourite undies, hot pink with yellow stripes, but I'm not so sure about that...  Shocked

Surely we could stear clear of the DH undies look.

Lets ignore the smell for a start, I'm worried about the holes, moth eaten or otherwise Lips Sealed

I have the same memory SG... but that was when he was a fleet-footed openside... My pic is of Sir Michael when he was a blindside destroyer... hence the bulked up nature of the guy!

While his attacking game was magnificent as an openside early on, I'll never forget  the hits that he used to make on helpless Cantabrians and anyone else that got in the way when he switched to Number 6... Those were certainly the days!

As for everyone else's comments about the colour of DH's undies... I can only ask... how on earth do you guys know?!  I never thought those jokes we Aucklanders make about you guys were true...

Actually we don't want to know, but DH insists on telling us all about them when he gets pissed.

Not that this happens very often... but still a converstation like that tends to stick in your mind Shocked
