Is it just me or is there something especially sad about the fact that Random man (who BTW is a pick-the-score-bot who picks his scores at random) is second in the standings for the Intl Rugbycomp?

He even topped the tables in the NZ vs SA game,  although that's not quite so surprising give the result was far more one-sided that most people expected (or even dreamed).

So far Mr Random is picking the ABs to sneak home past the Wallabies 38-36, I hope he's right!

Pdeb, does Random Man's pick change during the week? I know Average Man's pick does but what about Mr smartass RandomMan?

As a general rule does it smart more getting beaten by a computer or a smug Englishman?  Personally I'd rather be beaten by a computer then say an Oz any day.

Guess I'd better pop my head into a forum thats about rugbycomp.  What a great topic!  Grin

Random man (or Randy to his friends) is an extremely fickle inidividual who just has to change his picks when any one else does in case someone was looking. And judging by his results this so far, can you blame him?!

So, yeah, every time someone puts in some picks, Randy changes his, but his picks are bounded by everyone elses picks so that he knows that we're not playing the local under 12 side.

BTW: brewmaster (current no.1) is a pom too, so go Random Man!!
