George Smith is heading overseas after the Super 14 comp.
I can already see a number of international team collectively breathing a sigh of relief.

George Smith admittedly was starting to struggling to keep the starting spot ahead of David Pocock but hell he is still a great player.  With an unbelievable inability to get injured while constantly being in the thick of things is simply amazing.

He will be missed by the ARU and especially the Brumbies where he has I think constantly taken out the best a fairest over the last 7 years.  This is going to open up a hell of a lot of competition in the market for a Salvi and a couple of other that went north last year.

Wow - he's only 29 as well. His body though must be held together by sticky tape! I think this is the direct result of players resembling mountains. Ali Williams is another whose falling to pieces at 28.

Softcocks really. I'm late 30's and am still doing the things I was doing in my late 20's. Of course not sure drinking beer, watching tele & farting is quite as attritional as playing rugby. Perhaps for people around me it is....

cheers
