Crusaders vs Sharks
I’m still laughing at all Sadders fans after last week.  However, this week I’m expecting the Saders to bounce back lets face it with McCaw back on the bench they are a totally different side to the one that forgot to get out of neutral last weekend. I’m still stunned by the results but laughing helps.  The Sharks are on my shit list and lets face it they imploded last year and have not found their solution yet.  It’s likely to be another long season for Sharks supporters as until they break out of their self induced funk they are there for the taking.  Crusaders  Grin by 8-14.

Stormers vs Brumbies
This is one hell of a tough pick.  The Stormers touched up the Tahs last week with solid aggressive defence. But they are without Burger this weekend.  The Brumbies looked good in patches last weekend.  I know I’ll use the get out of jail card I set up last week.  That’s right I already said they would win last week so I’ll stick with that.  Stormers  Angry by 7 or less.

Hurricanes vs Lions
Hurricanes, 5 points  Roll Eyes.   It doesn’t need an explanation

Reds vs Blues
Well for me its the match of the round.  I sort of don’t want to pick them to make sure they win. Nar Bugger it them jaffas are in for a tough night at the office.  Back at Ballymore and against a side that has self belief.  Thankyou, Link.  Reds by 7-14.  Undecided

Note, if they string 2 games together there will be hope that they can stay out last 4 in the table this year. But they haven’t done that since 2005/06?

Force vs Chiefs
Still too many injuries for the Force.  Chiefs  Grin by 8-14 as the Force at least have some idea about defence.

Cheetahs vs Highlanders
Should be a close and entertaining match but the Highlanders need to go 80m.  As much as I like them I’m picking the Cheetahs Cheesy  at home 7 or less though.

Bulls vs Waratahs
Bulls  Grin by plenty lets say 15-21. Tahs had on their sooky face in last week’s loss and it’s only going to get worse.  The Bulls are too big and too strong. Expect a Tah team explosion.

Very disappointing re the Reds result Geeves. Not sure if you saw the game but the heavy rain was a significant factor. They seemed to lose their way just before halftime & it continued into the first part of the second period. Young Will looked like a rabbit caught in the spotlight. Looked totally overwhelmed for a while then settled down in the last 1/4 but by then to was a bridge too far. Anyway mate I still think they're going to do quite well - should almost win as many this year as they lose.

Firstly well done to the Blues on the win.  But it was a game the Reds could have and should have won.

The Reds look bloody good with the ball in hand but they have still got to earn the right to have the ball.  Horwill missing was a major factor in the match as they needed a forward to stand up, dominate and get the ball back. Once the injuries started and the reshuffling of players started it was not good.  Davis & Walsh are out, Hynes and co now injured makes me think they are going to struggle big time this weekend.

Wow, i know how to work out my tips from now on, opposites to you Smiley But one can't blame you for having optimism (misguided as it was) and wanting your beloved REDS to get up twice in a row...Once again they have peaked too early! Don't despair this week is easy reading for a tipster barring another Crusader-Reds upset, or the inkling i have about a Highlander win...

Cheers

Think the injuries to key Reds will produce a scary scoreline this weekend. if not then they sure will have enough optimism to finish strong this year
