Otago Team Named For 2010 ITM Cup

Following two pre-season wins against Southland Spartans and the Tasman Makos, the following Otago Team has been named for the 2010 ITM Cup season.

The Otago team play their opening game in the 2010 ITM Cup against Counties-Manukau on Saturday 31 July and this is followed by a Ranfurly Shield challenge against Southland in Invercargill on Saturday 7 August.


The Otago team had two pre-season warm-up games.  The first game is scheduled for Wednesday 14 July against Southland and the second is against the Tasman Makos at Carisbrook on Thursday 22 July.

Southland v Otago (Ranfurly Shield), 4.35pm, Invercargill



Not a lot of news here but unofficial reports have new coach from OZ (ex Reds coach Phil Mooney assisted by legendary Southern man David Latta ) settling in well aned putting all through their paces well. They will probably be AIMING for a win in the deep south in WEEK 2  Cool ....the Stags will really lift for that one aned I reckon they'll keep it ! Grin
