I don't have anything particular planned, but there are a bunch of reasonable free pick 'em sites around.
My workmates are using
http://www.pooltracker.com, which seems functional but is pretty ugly and clunky to use!
I just had a quick search and here are a couple of other options:

http://www.sportengage.com/ so very similar.
If someone else wants to take the lead and set up a Rugbyheads RWC pool somewhere then that would be great.
