I have a challenge to the NZRFU and the ARU.

This year with the shortened Tri-Nations there were only two matches to decide the Bledisole and it ended up 1 all meaning that NZ retained the trophy.

I propose that this RWC semi-final match be treated as the third Bledisole match and it becomes winner take all.  As the winner progresses through to the grand final and has a shot at Bill to be crowned champions if they can beat either Wales or France.  Logically whoever wins the game between NZ and Aus is the better side and should have the Bledisole.

To make it more appealing to the New Zealand rugby public, lets make the ARU hand over the Tri-Nations cup to keep, if the ABs win.

This is the final role of the dice between these two sides this year so lets make it winner take all

I guess that it was just not meant to be.

Why not. Have the bledisloe if we lose. Don't care about the bledisloe, four matches a year = overkill.
