Oh god I just saw that on stuff! I guess it makes sense - who else would we pick if Cruden goes down?

I was wondering whether we had ever won a game with Stephen Donald starting... and I got a big surprise.

Donald has only lost one of 7 matches against Aust (although it was the last match in 2010  Tongue) and he wasn't the starter.

He has had 2 starts against Australia and we won them both.

However I have very bad memories of 2009 - he started 3 times vs the Boks and we lost them all.
Overall he has started 8 games - losing 4. The other loss was against France. Also 2009.

2009 wasn't exactly a vintage year for the brand
