That doesn't perchance have anything to do with the fact that:

1:  You found it
2:  It is evil open source code

Does it?

I don't think we can give DH too much credit for this one, sure he found it but what poor sucker had to configure and install it? Roll Eyes

Everybody knows installing opensouce & free software on Red Hat Linux servers is easy Jules!  Wink

Am starting to think Wobbly isn't on the side of good. Sure he APPEARS to be a Canty supporter, but this Bill Gates worship thing is kinda disturbing...

cheers

What rubbish.  Its obvious when you look at the Canterbury team that they are not open source...

If they were:

o   Teams like the Blues would download a GNU copy of Mehrts, install him in their squad, change his .ini file a little and then claim they invented him.

o   Upgrades would be free - Brad Thorn would have simply been installed along with the 2003 upgrade kit at no extra cost.

o   None of the other teams have sorted out how the Crusaders work yet.  If they were open source, their game plans would be on one of those commie Linux bulletin boards in an FAQ.   Wink

Cheers!

Wobbly.

We were discussing the new board Huh

(Good jokes though Wobbles)

I'm finding the board all new fangled and a bit scary, but it has been fairly stable to my poke and prod learning so far, so that must be a good thing.

Now that I checked out your signatures and see that this is where you place your preferences I will do that to.

Heem, multiple line signatures, that takes me back to 1990... Cool

Nice work boys.

Someone's been busy over the Summer break.

Bring on the footy. I'm with DH (extremely rare) when he says it's hard to get in to footy when all this cricket's still going on. Always takes me a month or so to really get revved up.
Looking for a cup or two this year to replace the one that looks like it's on its way out of Auckland. (sob)

Cheers,
Dave

I hope you aren't referring to my loyal Rugbyheads as a bunch of geeks just because they actually know how to use a computer!

If it wasn't for those boys you wouldn't even be able to enjoy all the juicy rugby-goodness that is Rugbyheads!!

Those boys aren't geeks that's for sure. I have photographic evidence...

Thanks BT for letting me comb my hair before the photo!

But I am a bit worried about being recognised in the street and haranged.

Please don't mention which photo is which person.

You'd do that for us wouldn't you... ? Mate...?

How could anyone call us nerds!? Its beyond me!

Re: Auckland - I fully support Billy Connelly's comments re: the Americas Cup. When asked what he thought of it he said...
"Its shit. Its a bunch of rich people being excessively boring...".

Amen!
