Apparantly the kicking is staying with Carter though it could be shared (according to nzoom anyway).

Its interesting to check the stats in fantasy games to realise just how much tackling is being done by 1st 5s . It just seems to be more and more each year. How has Mehrts tackling been so far (in the small game time he has had)? It could be significant though his kicking and tactical nous should make up for it.

Not sure about three 1st 5s in a row though. I think we really lack a bit of punch in the midfield. We seem to have three elusive guys with good distribution but lack punch from the back. The back three have almost got to much choice as to who to run off...I hope they get it right.

Where is Mark Robinson? Is he another one of those guys who has just fallen off the edge of the Earth?

Jules, what mad bugger had cojones large enough to issue YOU with a smiting? Shocked And on your own site. Still, at least it means you are playing by the same rules as everyone else on the forum. Wink

As for Merhtens starting, he should never have been kept out for this long IMO. Right now Geeves is saying in his best Indiana Jones impression 'Merhts, Why did it have to be Merhts?' Undecided

I believe the smiting was from me...  But only because I hate to see anyone with a perfect record.  Its just not right.  In fact, one smite is near on perfect....   Huh  Cop another Jules!    Grin

Barge, are you likening Mehrts to snakes?  Now thats unjust  and unkind.  I should know.  I just smote Jules for no reason.

Weather has been perfect all day.  The little tropical depression moved inland early this morning and the wind is now still.  Should be a dry track so expect it to be a fast game with Sialor packing down (according to the newspapers) occassional to target a certain play-maker.

It's going to be good. I'll try and grab a few images.

Nice work by the cheifs in their local derby last night.  Injured half of the Blues.  Thanks for that! for next week Roll Eyes  But really started my pics off to a bad start for the week.
