Chip on my shoulder???

Any particular reason for that little comment Waga? I remember that I ranted about the poor reffing in the AB game and got a hell of a lot of abuse back.

Your statement, like many on here, tend to be sniping little remarks aimed at demeaning people who think differently. You all ask for open debates, but are quick to debunk them when they don't agree with you.

Not so much a chip on the shoulder, I just don't agree with what is always written on this board.

A classical example was recently when someone (think geeves) stated that the tri-nations will decide who the best team on the planet is. This my friend are the statements that when you guys make them are 'good point' and when we do is 'arrogance' or 'a chip on our shoulder'.

Just because you beat Eng doesn't make you the best - I believe France may a bone to pick there.

Anyway......

As the talk is all about tri-nations (and so it should be) I have nothing to add, and therefore aren't posting. Will probably start again in Nov for the NH tests then.

If I'm welcome that is Huh

Alright guys...

Hello and all that lot  from a first poster...

Found this forum by accident, when researching for The London Tribe (www.thelondontribe.co.uk).... I think the topic of the thread could be based on the much hypered - but not deliver (yet).. London Tribe Consortium.

In essense - Bobby Skinstad and a bunch of millionaires forming a Super 12 team based in London... Using the Kiwi's, Aussies and Boks already there as a fan base. I'm guessing most of you know about the little project, as Sean FitzPatrick has been mentioned as the Chairman.

But if you wanna find out more.. visit www.thelondontribe.co.uk/forum - there's a tonne of articles..

If you're wondering - The site was set up as a bit of a social club for rugby players/fans from oversea's settling in London for a while...

Cheers for now

Ben

Factual information? In this thread?!?

Thanks very much Tribeboy - actually I hadn't heard anything about a proposed UK based S12 team. Interesting idea.

Hi Nicholas. Don't let that "I don't have the right" thing get in the way of contributing. While I understand and accept "I'm not really that interested - just keeping in touch". See you in Nov.

Nicholas, apologies, was a bit over top but was remembering the outburst after the second test against the ABs.. will temper my arguements.

Wes, nice effort, welcome back to the Boks, can't wait for the return match.
